The Marttini Fillet Knife Classic 6” is aptly named, as it has been
produced and enjoyed since the late 1960s. The expertly hand-sharpened
and flexible stainless chrome steel blade of this „puukko“ slices
quickly and cleanly through fish fillets. The 6” blade is perfectly
suited for filleting fish around 2 pounds (1 kg). The smooth handle
feels good to grip, made of lacquered birch. The traditional
natural-colored leather sheath has fine detailing and features slits for
belt attachment.
